4.0 Planning assessment
4.1      Compliance with Code requirements

Specific Provisions for Standard Format Plans are set out within PO27-PO30 of the Reconfiguring a
Lot code. The proposed subdivision is for an existing approved industrial building that has been
constructed, with access along the common property driveway. Adequate areas are provided for
vehicular parking and manoeuvring, with each business able to function as intended. The proposal
meets the relevant provisions of The Noosa Plan.
