Issue

A site inspection and review of aerial photographs indicate that there are a number of structures on site that
are not detailed on the proposal plans. Specifically the shed to the east of the existing building and building
within the vegetation along the eastern boundary are not detailed.

Information Required

5.      Provide an amended proposal plan that details the location and use of the existing structures on site.

6.      Clearly detail that the central building is to be decommissioned on the proposal plans.

Please see attached amended plans which detail the location and use of the other existing structures
on site.

It has been clearly annotated on the amended plans that the existing central building is to be decommissioned
for habitable use.
