           COMMUNITY HOUSING LETTER OF SUPPORT

I am writing to confirm support for the abovementioned development to incorporate affordable housing
outcomes.

Coast2Bay Housing Group are a not-for-profit community and affordable housing company with a vision
to provide access to housing to create:
    • A region that provides an affordable place to live for all;
    • An inclusive community that creates a sense of belonging; and
    • An economy that enables people to participate and flourish.

Coast2Bay are currently investigating opportunities for affordable housing in the Noosa region and we
are considering purchase, head lease and/or management services for this development. Following a
suitable Development Approval, this will progress into more formal negotiations.

Coast2Bay look forward to working with local government to prioritise new housing supply in our regions
that can provide much needed accommodation for vulnerable people. I trust this information is
