     Vasard Marine Pty Ltd on behalf of the owner of the property described as Lot 4 Plan RP183112 located at
     Noosa River.

     You are advised that all applications involving disturbance of marine plants require a development approval

     from the Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (IDAS Form 1 Part O2).

     It is in:portant to note that the provision of evidence of resource entitlement over State land means that the State
     has no objection to the lodgement of the application for development approval. It does not:

            .
                imply approval of the development application; or

            .   affect functions the agency may exercise as the assessment manager Oli a referral agency; or

            .   authorise a right to use and occupy land.

     You may need to comply with the cultural heritage duty of care guidelines under the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage

     Act 2003 and the Torres Strait Islander Cultural Heritage Act 2003, refer to the guidelines on

     www.nrm.qld.gov.au.

     The Department of Environment and Heritage Protection (EHP)has not provided an early concurrence

     response for this application. The application must be referred to the EHP for concurrence assessment during
     the IDAS referral process.
