In support of the application find attached:

  *   Development assessment report
  *   Reconfiguration proposal plan.

Also attached are marriage and name change certificates demonstrating that the owner and applicant are the same person, such that separate owners consent is not required.

Payment of the application fee will be made following receipt of Councils application reference and payment link.
