7 Conclusion
This Town Planning Assessment Report has been prepared to accompany a development application pursuant to
section 51 of the Planning Act for a development permit seeking a Material Change of Use for Transport Depot
over land at 5-13 Production Street, Noosaville, QLD 4566.

The information provided in this report demonstrates that the proposal represents an enhanced land use outcome
for the subject site, which is compatible with the existing industrial land uses and complements the industrial
intent of the local area. Furthermore, the proposed development supports an increased variety of industrial
activities throughout the Medium Impact Industry zone, and demonstrates compliance with the Strategic
Framework, relevant zone codes, overlay codes, and development codes of the Planning Scheme.
