Dear Sir/Madam,
With regard to the proposed development at Noosa Junction - Application No: MCU13/0087 99 Noosa Drive, 3 and 29 Lanyana Way, Noosa Heads.
I object to the following elements of the proposal.
 
1. I reject the inclusion of a late night tavern in this development plan as the noise generated late at night would be excessive and disruptive to us given that our residence is nearby. Also the potential disruption caused by intoxicated individuals shouting and using foul language as they make their way home from the tavern along the footpath in the front of our residence would be offensive and unacceptable. 
 
2. I do not accept the idea that more specialist retail shops would benefit the community as we seem to have more than enough shops now and indeed some of these are not viable as evidenced by the closures of some premises in the junction precinct.
