4          INFRASTRUCTURE CONTRIBUTIONS
     i.     Payment of the infrastructure contribution is to be made to Sunshine Coast Regional
            Council.
     ii.    The actual amount of the contribution must be calculated and paid in accordance with the
            Planning Scheme Policies stated in the decision notice condition. Under current Policies
            and State Government direction, the infrastructure contributions issued are indexed by
            increases in the Consumer Price Index, All Groups Brisbane until the date of payment.
    iii.    Credit for provision of future trunk infrastructure will be taken into account for the amount
            payable. The credit value of the future trunk infrastructure item/s will be that determined in
            the relevant policy.
    iv.     The timing for payment of infrastructure contributions must be made as follows:
            •   for a “material change of use of premises” approval - prior to the commencement of
                use;
            • for a “reconfiguring a lot” approval - prior to “Council approval of the plan of subdivision.
    v.      Payment of infrastructure contributions by credit card transaction will not be accepted.
    vi.     Please       contact      Council's      Infrastructure      Charges        Officer     (email:
            [email protected]) a minimum of 5 business days prior to payment of the
            infrastructure contributions so a payment advice detailing the amounts applicable at the
            time of payment may be issued to accompany the payment.
