A new photomontage showing the reduced building height has been prepared, which shows
the development is less visually prominent, being well integrated within the site, and does
not protrude above the existing tree line (refer Figure 3).

By way of comparison, another photomontage has been prepared from a slightly different
angle, providing a comparison of the proposed development and the existing “Parkridge
Noosa” development (refer Figure 4).
