Subject: Civic

So long as applicants abide by our special Noosa rules they should be given immediate approval. Council or councillors do no have the right, training or experience to meddle in how they plan to operate their businesses.
Civic needs to grow. So keep out of their business model.

We desperately need completion to Bunnings.

Noosa Junction will never be a true success until it becomes a town centre, just like in the Middle Ages. Use Perigean Beach as your model town square.

Stay our of free enterprise. You are clearly no good at it.

Thank you

Philip Noss
