I refer to the abovementioned development currently in the Decision Notice stage with Council.

On behalf of the applicant, Richard Ford, and in accordance with Section 32 of the Development Assessment
Rules, we hereby give notice to Council to stop the current period to enable time to address issues raised by
Council during the Decision Period. It is requested that the decision period be stopped for twenty (20) business
days, or, until otherwise withdrawn.
