Peak flood levels at the site are dominated by Cooroy Creek flood events. Peak flood levels at
three locations across the site are provided on Image 3-2. These levels are taken from Council’s
established Cooroy Creek flood model (WMA Water, 2018, Six Mile Creek Flood Study) and are
based on the site in its existing condition.
