Review of the Noosa Shire Council Intramaps flood layers including the Flood Hazards Overlay has identified that
the site is subject to the Flood Hazard Overlay as shown below in Figure 3.3 – Flood hazard Overlay Map (Noosa
Shire Council Intramaps, 2022).
