 INTRODUCTION
RECOR has been engaged to prepare a Stormwater Management Report and Flood Study in support of a
development application for a Reconfiguration of a lot (ROL) to create a 2-lot subdivision at 21 Jirrima Crescent,
Cooroibah, located in the Noosa Shire Council local government area.

This report investigates the stormwater management considerations for the proposed development site, with
particular respect to managing flood impacts around the access to the proposed rear allotment following a request
for further information from Noosa Shire Council.

This document has been prepared with consideration for the following specifications, guidelines and reports:
