                 Westera Partners Pty Ltd has been commissioned by Alex Comino to prepare a Stormwater
                 Management Report to accompany a development application for a proposed residential development.
                 The proposal involves the construction of a proposed multi-storey residential development with ground
                 level features. Driveway access will be provided via an access crossover from Clipper Street.

                 This report documents how stormwater runoff will be managed on site in accordance with Noosa
                 Council’s (NC’s) requirements.

                 2. 1    Loc at i on an d L and U se

                 The proposed development site is located at 4 Ventura Street, Sunrise Beach, also known as Lot 83 on
                 RP132135.
                 The proposed development area is approximately 921m2 and currently consists of a single detached
                 dwelling. The site currently falls generally to the east towards Clipper Street at an average grade of
                 approximately 10%.

                 The site is bound by the residential properties to the north and south, Ventura Street to the west, and
                 Clipper Street to the east. Refer to Figure 1 for an indicative site location and Appendix C for detailed
                 site survey information.
