3. Access to the easement and access along the easement must be available to
Energex personnel and heavy equipment at all times.

4. Any future works or development on Easement N on SP192396 must have prior
approval from Energex.

Prior to works commencing, the Applicant/Developer is to submit detailed
drawings and construction methodology that demonstrate satisfactory
protection and functioning of existing electrical assets during construction.

Note: where relevant, this requirement may be satisfied by referring to Energex
any future development application/s for Operational Work, in accordance with
the requirements of the Planning Regulation 2017.

5. The Applicant/Developer is to engage with Energex regarding the padmount
transformer associated with the proposed development. For clarity, this

response should not be taken as approval for this aspect of the proposed
development.

6. Any future works in the vicinity of Energex assets are to be carried out in
accordance with the Electricity Entity Requirements: Working Near Overhead
and Underground Electric Lines. This guideline can be accessed via the
