       ASSESSMENT OF BUSHFIRE HAZARD

       Australian Standard - Construction of Buildings in Bushfire Prone Areas (AS 3959–2018) requires that any classified vegetation
       within 100 metres of the proposed works must be assessed. Figure 11 shows the extent of the 100-metre separation zone (BAL
       Impact Zone). The assessable vegetation is located on Lots 5 on SP222982 (Figure 11).
