Low impact industry means the use of premises for an industrial activity—

 1. that is the manufacturing, producing, processing, repairing, altering, recycling, storing, distributing, transferring or
          treating of products; and
 2. that a local planning instrument applying to the premises states is a low impact industry; and
 3. that complies with any thresholds for the activity stated in a local planning instrument applying to the
premises, including, for example, thresholds relating to the number of products manufactured or the level
of emissions produced by the activity.

The development is being undertaken speculatively, however gauged from initial interest has implied future business
uses would fit within the thresholds of Low Impact Industry as listed in Schedule 1 of the Noosa Plan 2020.
