The Resort will be highly articulated reflecting the
variety of uses within, the existing site context, and the
sloping ground-plane profile, while remaining within the
prescribed height parameters.

Created around a Green Spine, the building
will be arranged with north and south
façades within eastern and western wings.

Northern Buildings – bounded
predominantly by Serenity Close to the
north, the Villas will provide a small-scale
residential frontage, complementing the
residential streetscape of multi-level unit
apartments opposite.

Southern Buildings – The bulk of the
Resort accommodation and non-residential
facilities will be located along the southern
boundary abutting the ecological reserve.

At the heart of the Resort a Green Spine
will collect external amenities; pools,
restaurants, and open green space, linked SITE BOUNDARY BOUNDARY SETBACK EAST-WEST AXIS MID BLOCK AXIS GREEN SPINE
