NOOSA BIOSPHERE
At the very heart of the botanical response
and restoration is the Noosa Biosphere
Reserve. Species commonly found here
and the surrounding Noosa area have
been used throughout the project to
celebrate diversity while creating a strong
sense of place and landscape character
for the Resort. Showcasing more than
#83
100 species of native flora and fauna, the
landscape and subsequent regeneration
of vegetation will offer much needed #259
respite from the tropical climate as well as
texture, shape, architectural softening and #273
tranquillity.

Key species such as the native Paperbark
and Australian palms are used throughout #58
and are within view from internal north #60
facing balconies. South facing views
look over the immediate, rehabilitated
area which seamlessly transitions to
the reserve. Significant existing trees to #8
#15
the southern building edge have been
retained and in turn have informed the
building edge treatment to work in unison.
STREET PLANTING
The existing trees continue to inspire the
building layout. This includes the 20m
Queensland Blue Gum on the Serenity
Close frontage. It’s position separates
Villa 09 and 10, creating a generous open EXISTING TREES TO BE RETAINED
space to celebrate its canopy. Tree numbers relate to Arborist report.
