Re: Application for a Minor Change to Development Approval (pursuant to Section 78 of the
Planning Act 2016) over 57-61 Hoffman Drive, Noosaville (formally referred to as Lots 17, 18, 19 on
SP322201)

A Teams meeting was held on 18 June 2024 where Leanne Porter and Holly Lucas of Stockwell
Development Group and representatives from Mode Architecture met with Noosa Council (Patrick
Murphy and Mark Lewis) to present to Council the items to form the Minor Change Application. Council
was generally supportive of the items presented, however some additional information was
requested by Council which has been included in the submission herein.

Urbis Town Planning have been instructed to prepare the Minor Change application submitted by
Stockwell Development Group.

We enclose the following information in support of the application:

    ▪   Minor Change Letter, prepared by Urbis;
    ▪   Attachment A – Planning Act Form 5 – Change Application Form;
    ▪   Attachment B– Signed Owner’s Consent;
    ▪   Attachment C – Current Development Approval; and
    ▪   Attachment D – Revised Architectural Plans, prepared by Mode Design Corp.

Stockwell Design and Construction are progressing well with works on site and hereby request
Council’s prompt review of the Minor Change package to ensure that works to deliver 90 x residential
dwellings in Noosaville is not delayed.
