Dear Patrick,

Response to Information Request - Proposed ‘Boutique Hotel’, Noosa Springs Golf and
Spa Resort, 61 Noosa Springs Drive, Noosa Heads, described as Lot 4 on SP178340

Reference is made to the Information Request by Noosa Council on 23 July 2021 and also
the request made by the State Assessment Referral Agency (SARA) on 6 August 2021.
Pursuant to section 33 of the Development Assessment Rules, the period to respond to both
information requests has been enlarged to 3 December 2021.

The applicant is responding to the information requests under separate cover.

In response to the issues raised in the information request, the applicant has provided
amended proposal plans (refer Attachment 1). The updated plans address the following:
    • provision of an additional elevated carpark over the lower portion of the site
       providing for an additional 48 spaces;
    • updated elevations and sections showing the assumed natural ground line under the
       highest points of the roof ridge, as extrapolated from cadastral survey;
    • updated Porte-Cochere to accommodate bus turning circles;
    • updated refuse area and driveway to accommodate the refuse truck turning circle;
       and
    • updated development data highlighting increased carparking numbers, which
       provides for 285 standard spaces, 8 PWD spaces, with 107 covered spaces.

Advice about the various requests for further information has been provided by the
consultants involved with the project, which are provided with this response.
