Amended Stormwater Management Report

Westera Partners Pty Ltd has been commissioned by Christopher Kelly to prepare a Stormwater
Management Report to accompany a development application for a proposed residential development.
The proposal involves the partial renovation and extension to an existing dwelling house including new
access driveway and new ground level features.

This report documents how stormwater runoff will be managed on site in accordance with Noosa
Council’s (NC’s) requirements.

2. 1    Loc at i on an d L and U se

The proposed development site is located at 2 Arakoon Crescent, Sunshine Beach; also known as Lot
783 on RP48111.
The proposed development area is approximately 867m2 and is currently occupied by an existing
detached dwelling. The site currently generally falls to the east towards the coastal bushland at varying
grade

The site is bound by residential dwellings to the north, the beach and coastal bushland to the east and
The Esplanade to the south-west. Refer to Figure 1 for an indicative site location and Appendix C for
detailed site survey information.
