| refer to the above development application and wish to submit my
support to the proposed development.

We support the Royal Mail Hotel extension as it will boost Tewantin's
economy and create jobs. The new design uses the corner lot well,
includes noise control, and is far enough from surrounding homes to
ensure residents aren't disturbed. It will enhance the area, providing a
central gathering place and fostering community. The modern
architecture will blend nicely with the existing hotel.

We respectfully request that Council gives determinative weight to the
above considerations in the assessment of the application. We would be
happy to discuss further with Council if required.
