Good Afternoon,

For information I am the owner of Unit 12/6 Serenity Close, Noosa Heads, 4567, Queensland.

I write in regards to the above planned application.


  *   Parking & Traffic in Serenity Close – I believe that Serenity close will be severely impacted with additional vehicle traffic. Currently it is difficult at the best of

Of times to get a park in Serenity Close and with our current access to 6 Serenity Close whereby we either have to do a U-Turn or go to the end of the street and turn around and come back to have access to our unit’s parking bays. With what I believe will be a large uptake of traffic in Serenity Close this will be  difficult and dangerous.

This will also be affected by the above not only with vehicle traffic but with human traffic. Currently there is a  large scale entrance planned to

This new site not far from the turn around area required to get access to our apartments. This new development entrance is large and in fact looks

Like the main entrance to the new development. No doubt this entrance will in fact have large signage and will be become a very busy thoroughfare.
