I refer to the above application and I’m pleased to confirm that the applicant hereby agrees to further extend the Decision Period until 31 August 2021, in accordance with section 33 of the Development Assessment Rules 2017, to allow time for the discussions on the draft Infrastructure Agreement to be concluded and the application to be considered subsequently at a Special Council Meeting.

I look forward to receiving confirmation that this agreement has been received and that the Decision Period has been extended accordingly.
