The Department of Transport and Main Roads (the department) confirms receipt of the
referral agency material for the development application described above under section 272
of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 (SPA) on 6 February 2013. The department advises
that it is triggered as a concurrence agency pursuant to item 2 and schedule 11: (item 22),
table 3, schedule 7 of the Sustainable Planning Regulation 2009 and accordingly the
application will be assessed against the jurisdiction of the purposes of the Transport
Infrastructure Act 1994 for state-controlled roads.

Should further information be required to assess your application, an information request will
be issued by 20 February 2013, unless the information request period is extended under
section 277 of the SPA.

If no further information is required, your application will be assessed and you will be
provided with a copy of the concurrence agency response the department sends to the
assessment manager pursuant to section 285(2) of the SPA.
