Assessment Benchmarks

Pursuant to Table 5.8.2 of the Noosa Plan 2020, the application is assessable against the following applicable
works codes:

An assessment against the applicable works codes has determined that the development is compliant with,
or can be conditioned to comply with, each. Please refer to the Civil Engineering Plans at Appendix A, which
illustrate compliance with the applicable provisions.

Proceeding

Payment of the application fee will be made upon Council issuing the relevant Tax Invoice in due course.
