RE:            Suspension of the Applicant’s Appeal Period Pursuant to SPA s366
               178 Eumundi Noosa Road, Noosaville (Lot 80 SP211687)

We act on behalf of Bunnings Properties Pty Ltd, regarding the Decision Notice, issued by Sunshine
Coast Regional Council on 16 March 2012, relating to the abovementioned property.

The Decision Notice approved our application for a Development Permit to Reconfigure a Lot (1 Lot
into 2 Lots and Park).

The decision notice was received by RPS on 26 March 2012.

We intend to make representations to Council regarding matters contained in the decision notice. In
accordance with Section 366(1) of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009, we therefore suspend the
Applicant’s Appeal Period in order to allow more time for preparation of these written
representations. We calculate that the 20 business day suspension period will have effect until 22
May 2012.
