In relation to the abovementioned development application (MCU21/0158), on behalf of Ashburton Pastoral
Company P/L we hereby notify Council that the applicant is suspending the current Decision-Making Period
in accordance with s.32 of the Development Assessment Rules 2017.

Council is advised that the applicant wishes to stop the current period for 20 business days.
