REPORT
1.    PROPOSAL
The application seeks approval to establish a four storey Multiple Housing development,
comprising 37 units at 12 & 14 Serenity Close, Noosa Heads. The report submitted with the
application notes that it is proposed to amalgamate the two lots. The design includes two
residential apartment buildings with a shared access driveway described as stage 4A and 4B, as
described below:
Lot 7: Stage 4A - 22 residential units
    Level 1 - 6 x 4 bedroom units
    Level 2 - 6 x 4 bedroom units
    Level 3 - 6 x 4 bedroom units
    Level 4 - 4 x 4 bedroom units
    A basement car park for 49 cars (including two dedicated disabled access carbay).
Lot 8: Stage 4B: - 15 residential units
    Level 1 - 4 x 4 bedroom units
    Level 2 - 4 x 4 bedroom units
    Level 3 - 4 x 4 bedroom units
    Level 4 – 2 x 3 bedroom units and 1 x 4 bedroom unit
    A basement car park for 35 cars (including one dedicated disabled access car bay).
