Friday, 2d March 2018 to Wednesday, 28s March 2018 in compliane witr the requiranenb of sec{ion 17
and Schedule 3 of the DevelopmentAssessment Rules:-

I confirm the following public notification adions were undstaken for the above application:

         {a} the ap$icaticn was advertised in fie "Noose Ns,s" n€ilrspaperon Friday, 2d March ?018;

                   12-12rrn on Friday, 2d March 2018 on the fiontages to Eenie Creek Road, Walter Hay Drive,
                   Hofrnann Drive, Rene Sbeet and Lake Weyba Drive, Noosaville; the signs were maintained for
                   fifteen (15) business days uniil Thursday, 29n March 2018, when they were removed; closing
                 , date for receipt of objections being the 28b lllarch 2018; photographs of the public notice
                   signs erected at the site and a sign location map are attached hereto as Appendix l;

         (c)      notice was served by registered mail on the owners of all lots adjoining the premiss the
                  subje* of the application on Friday, 2d March 2018, whose nams and ddresses are listed
                  on the page atached hereto asAppendix ll;

         (d) the page ftom tlre nflvspaper containing the public notice; a copy of the wording of the public
                  notice erccted on the land and a copy of the wording of the notice served by mail are attached
                  respectively as Appendix lll.
