Topography              and The site slopes down from the western boundary to a unnamed stream that

                            boundary and another unnamed stream.
                                  The site has distant views to Mt Cooroora.

Existing vegetation               Mature vegetation located across the site. Area around Centre has been
                                  cleared and landscaped.

Existing waterways                Two unnamed streams run through the western and eastern portions of the
                                  site.

2.2 Surrounding land uses
The site is located to the south of the Pomona township in an area characterised by a mix of larger
rural lots and rural residential lots. A landscape supplies business called Grow Landscape Yard is
located approximately 200 metres to the west of the site along Pomona Connection Road.
