On behalf of our client Cambooya Pty Ltd, we hereby lodge a development application for a material change of use of
premises for 5 x Short term accommodation units and 2 x Food and drink outlet tenancies at 36 & 38 Duke Street,
Sunshine Beach.

          Town Planning Report
          Code assessment
          Architectural plans
          Landscaping plans
          Engineering services report
