Consultation
External Consultation - Community & Stakeholder
Consultation was undertaken with the QLD state government in the preparation of the current
LGIP which was considered in the preparation of the new Draft LGIP. Further consultation will
continue with Department of Transport and Main Roads through the new planning scheme and
LGIP state review processes.
Internal Consultation
An internal working group made up of representatives from the Environment & Sustainable
Development Department, Corporate Service Department, Infrastructure Service Department and
Community Service Department were consulted and contributed to the preparation of the new
draft LGIP.
