We are writing this submission to support           the development   application   currently
being advertised as per the above reference.
We support this application for the change of use from vacant land as the intended
uses for this development definitely have merit, given there are limited opportunities
for this type of development in Peregian Beach. We think it will be great to have this
land finally being put to good use and the proposal submitted will be very beneficial
for the area, having holiday accommodation and beach houses for people to live in
this area.
