hydraulic engineer drawings and any other external
consultants. Any discrepancy with these schedules or

for written direction prior to the commencement of

the engineers design and documentation.

author of the drawings takes no responsibility for

construction without written notice or approval. Do not
scale off plans use figure dimensions only. The
maximum height of construction is to comply with the
local authority planning scheme (excluding relaxations
as per town planning approval). The author takes no
responsibility for cut/fill levels resulting from the
documented levels and contours.
