     Fisheries Queensland, part of the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry,
     as a concurrence agency for this               application, has assessed the development application
     against the purposes of the Fisheries Act 1994.

     Should the development application be approved, Fisheries Queensland requires that
     the following aspects of the development be subject to the requirements and
     conditions stated in or attached to this response.

     ecologically sustainable development, if compliance with the abovementioned
     conditions is achieved.
