Hi Lisa,


Due to delays in undertaking the geotechnical survey to determine the earthworks plan, Aurecon on behalf of the nbn (The Applicant) kindly request to extend the assessing authority’s current period (Part 7, Section 32 of the DA Rules - below) in accordance with application MCU18/0166 (ref: Cooran).



Aurecon kindly request that the current period (Information Request period) is stopped until the 26th of April 2019. I intend to resume the current period once the response to the Information Request has been submitted.
