The site is subject to an easement in favour of a distribution entity or transmission entity. Pursuant to Part 2, Section 5.3 of the Development Assessment Rules, in accordance with Section 68(1) of the Planning Act 2016, notice is given that the referral agency material was given to both the State Assessment and Referral Agency and Energex on 7 December 2017. The above stated development application requires referral to Energex as an Advice Agency for
Electricity Infrastructure matters, pursuant to Schedule 10, Part 9, Division 2, Table 2, of the
Planning Regulation 2017. The site is subject to an easement in favour of a distribution entity or
transmission entity.
In accordance with section 54 of the Planning Act 2016, the following material has been
submitted to Energex for assessment:
A copy of the application package lodged with Noosa Shire Council on 22 November
2017; and
A copy of the Confirmation Notice from Noosa Shire Council dated 6 December 2017.
