The above stated development application required referral to Energex as an Advice Agency
for Electricity Infrastructure matters, pursuant to Schedule 10, Part 9, Division 2, Table 2, of
the Planning Regulation 2017. The site is subject to an easement in favour of a distribution
entity or transmission entity.
Pursuant to Part 2, Section 5.3 of the Development Assessment Rules, in accordance with
Section 68(1) of the Planning Act 2016, notice is given that the referral agency material was
given to both the State Assessment and Referral Agency and Energex on 7 December 2017.
