To the Assessment Manager

Please accept my written submission in SUPPORTof the Essence of Peregian Beach
development at 215 David Low Way Peregian Beach MCU16/0153 and REC16/0041.

It would be very beneficial for Peregian Beach to have this vacant land regenerated into the
proposed motel and conference centre as this will attract a different style of visitor to the
area and deliver increased trade for the Peregian Beach business operators.

As a local resident, I do not object to having some beach houses proposed in this location as
I am sure, like me, people will enjoy accessing the pathways for both pedestrian and bicycle
commuting to the Village's many wonderful offerings and activities. This is the ideal
location for this type of accommodation given that it is such close proximity to heart of
Peregian.

I would like this letter registered as my support of the Essence project.

Sincerely

Ms Bella Siljuk
