ORGANISATION PERFORMANCE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION

That Council:

(a)     advise the complainants that it is satisfied that their complaints have been adequately
        investigated and appropriately actioned by Council; and

(b)     provide the complainants with advice on the next course of action available (i.e.
        lodgement of a complaint with an external complaint entity such as the Queensland
        Ombudsman or the courts); and

(c)     that the issue of natural ground level be referred to the Regional Strategy and
        Planning Department for consideration and drafting in the new Sunshine Coast
        Regional Council Planning Scheme.


Item 5.1.1 recommended to the Ordinary Meeting to be held on Thursday, 2 October
2008.
