ORGANISATION PERFORMANCE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION


That Council:

(a)     establish a “Business Services Review Panel”;

(b)     adopt the Charter as set out in Attachment 1 to this report;

(c)     nominate the Councillor members of the Panel; and

(d)     authorise the Chief Executive Officer to nominate appropriate Council officers to be
        members of the Panel.


Item 4.1.2 referred to the General Committee Meeting to be held on Monday, 29
September 2008, due to the significance of the issue.
