3. CONCLUSION
The proposed additions to the Metal Fabrication Workshop and Office are considered reasonable
as the built form parameters demonstrate compliance with the Noosa Plan. The proposed
variation to car parking is considered reasonable as it provides significant rectification to the
historical issue and adequately provides for staff car parking.
