The reconfiguration component of the application seeks to create 29 lots and an access
easement from the current lot. Twenty-six of the twenty-nine lots relate to the proposed multiple
dwelling units, lot twenty-seven relates to the hotel and conference centre building associated
with stage 2, lot twenty-eight relates to the existing commercial development with the common
property forming the twenty-ninth lot. The applicant advises that the area of land attributed to the
multiple dwelling units, hotel and conference centre and associated common property equates to
1.157 hectares.
The proposed lot sizes for the multiple dwelling units within Stage 1 range from 160m2 to 246m2.
