With regards to car parking, the application proposes an additional 4 spaces on Webb Road and
improvement to the usability of car park to north/east of the Club which is considered an
appropriate response based on the nature of the use.
The proposed new building presents positively to Sunshine Beach, proposes new landscaping,
seating, additional and improved carparking, and pedestrian interface and connectivity.
