  Sequential Clearing Plan
  Clearing shall occur in stages, with not more than
  3ha or 3 percent of the site’s area, whichever is
  the greater, being cleared per stage. Between
  each stage at least one period of 12 hours starting
  at 6pm on one day and ending at 6am on the
  following day shall elapse, during which no trees
  are cleared on the site.
  - Clearing of trees on site will occur so that
  appropriate habitat links are maintained within the
  clearing site and between the site and its adjacent
  areas to allow koalas living on the site to move
  out of the site (i.e. clearing should occur generally
  in a south to southwest direction from Walter Hay
  Drive).
  - No tree in which a koala is present, and no tree
  with a crown overlapping a tree in which a koala
  is present, is cleared.
