2.3 General & Recyclable Waste Generation
Based upon the development composition documented in Section 1, the service level requirements
have been generated using Table 5.1 – Minimum Service Levels from the Noosa Planning Scheme
Policy 9 —Waste Management. A summary of the service level requirements is provided in Table 2-1
Service level requirements.

           2.3.1 Waste Storage Containers

The waste storage containers provided for both general and recyclable waste at the proposed
development at 45 Maple Street & 9 Myall Street, Cooroy, are detailed in the following tables. The
size and type of bins outlined in this report are consistent with the requirements of Noosa Council’s
PSP09 - Waste Management.
