                       (vii)    If stormwater quality treatment devices (bloretenllon swales / swales)
                                are located along the full frontage of a lot then the driveway to the lot
                                must be constructed as part of the operational works; and
                       (viii)   All bioretention swales must be provided wllh a free-draining outlet
                                from the sub-soil drainage system.
      76.     Detailed life cycle costing must be prepared for the stormwater quality treatment
              system by a Registered Professional Engineer Queensland and submltled to Council
              prior to the issue of any Development Permit for Operational Works.
              Acid SUifate Solls
      77.     An acid sulphate soft and groundwater Investigation and management plan must be
              submitted with the first application for Operational Works and carried out In
              accordance with:
              (a)      The Slate Planning Policy Guideline 2/02: Planning and Managing
                       Development invoMng Acid Sulfate Soils published by the Qld Department of
                       Natural Resources and Water
              (b)     QASSIT: Guidelines for Sampling & Analysis of Lowland Acid Sulfate Soils
                      {ASS) in Queensland 1998, published by the Department of Natural
                      Resources and Wafer
              (c)     The Queensland Acid Sulfate Soll Technlcal Manual: Soil Management.
                      Guidelines Version 3.8, published by the Department of Natural Resources
                      and Water.
      78.     All works musl be carried out In accordance wilh an Acid Soil and Groundwater
              Management Plan for the development prepared by a qualified person• and
              referenced In a Development Permit for Operational Works. •(Refer to Advisory
